These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at fsfinance.net (the "Site"), operated by FSF Holding Group, LLC, doing business as FS Finance ("FS Finance," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site and Our Services

The Site provides general information about FS Finance and our bookkeeping, financial systems, and advisory services. Using the Site, submitting the contact form, or booking a consultation does not create a client relationship. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written service agreement between you and FS Finance.

Informational Content Only

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. FS Finance provides bookkeeping and financial systems services; we do not provide tax preparation, audit, or investment advisory services. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information found on the Site.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could harm FS Finance or others.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by FS Finance or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as scheduling and form-handling providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of those services is subject to their terms.

Assessment Services

We offer one-time, fixed-fee assessment services purchased through the Site, currently the 75-Point Books Checkup and the Full Financial Review + 90-Day Plan (each, an “Assessment”). The scope, price, and deliverables of each Assessment are as described on its purchase page at the time of purchase. Assessments are read-only reviews: we do not make changes to your accounting records as part of an Assessment, and any corrective work is quoted separately.

Assessments are professional bookkeeping and financial-systems services. They are not tax preparation, audit, attestation, legal, or investment advisory services. Where an Assessment identifies an issue that touches tax strategy or legal matters, we flag it for review by your own qualified professional.

Your Responsibilities and Timelines

Delivering an Assessment requires your participation: completing the intake interview, uploading the requested documents, and granting read-only accounting access. Quoted delivery timelines (7 business days for the Checkup, 10 business days for the Full Financial Review) begin only when all intake items have been received, and are good-faith estimates rather than guarantees. Missing, incomplete, or inaccurate materials may extend the timeline, and our findings depend on the accuracy and completeness of what you provide.

Our Findings Guarantee

Each Assessment carries our findings guarantee: if your completed Assessment identifies fewer than three findings worth fixing (rated as needing attention or action in your report), you are entitled to a full refund of the Assessment fee. To claim the guarantee, email us within 14 days of receiving your report. The guarantee requires that the Assessment was completed, meaning you provided the intake interview, documents, and accounting access needed to perform it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Fee Credits

Assessment fees may be credited toward other FS Finance services as described at purchase: the full fee credits toward your first month of monthly service (or, for the Checkup, toward a cleanup engagement or an upgrade to the Full Financial Review) if that engagement begins within 15 days of your report delivery. Credits are applied once, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and expire if unused within that window.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe and are due at purchase. Except as provided under the findings guarantee or as required by law, Assessment fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If you purchase an Assessment and do not complete intake, contact us; we would rather finish your Assessment than keep an unearned fee.

The Client Portal

Assessments are delivered through a private client portal. Sign-in links are sent to the email address used at purchase; you are responsible for maintaining control of that email account. You agree to use the portal only for your own engagement and not to attempt to access other clients’ information or interfere with the portal’s operation. Scheduled calls, including your readout call, are booked through the portal within the windows offered; if you need to reschedule, email us and we will find another time.

Limitation of Liability for Services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FS Finance’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an Assessment is limited to the amount you paid for that Assessment. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FS Finance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Louisiana.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
