Common Questions

Do I need to sign up for Foundation first?

No. Foundation is included in Growth. Books and reporting are one service with one flat price, handled by the same people.

What's actually on the dashboard?

It's built around your decisions, not a template. Most clients want cash position and a forward view, profitability by service line or job, and a hire test that shows what a new person has to bring in. If you track something different, we build that instead.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly price based on your transaction volume and the reporting scope. We quote it at the consultation, and it doesn't move month to month. No hourly billing.

Is this the same as having a CFO?

Not quite. Growth gives you the numbers a CFO would want on the wall. Advisory adds the judgment: forecasting, planning, and someone in your corner for the big calls. If that's what you're after, start there.

Will somebody actually be there when I have a question?

Yes, and quickly. Questions are part of the service, not an add-on, so you never have to weigh whether something is worth an email. You get a fast answer in plain English from somebody who knows your books.

Do you do my taxes?

No. We do bookkeeping and financial systems, and your tax preparer gets clean, current books to work from. We're happy to coordinate with them directly.
