FSF Holding Group, LLC, doing business as FS Finance ("FS Finance," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at fsfinance.net (the "Site") and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including when you submit our contact form or schedule a consultation. That includes your name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share about your business.

If you become a client, we collect the business and financial information needed to perform our services. This may include your legal business name, entity details, and read-only access to accounting systems, bank and credit card accounts, and related records, as described in your service agreement.

When you visit the Site, our hosting and service providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, for security and basic analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, schedule and conduct consultations, provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your engagement, and meet our legal and professional obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business and serve you, including: with service providers who help us run the Site and deliver our services (such as form-handling, scheduling, email, and hosting providers); with your authorized advisors, such as your CPA or tax preparer, when you direct us to; and where required by law or to protect our rights.

Assessment Purchases and the Client Portal

If you purchase one of our one-time assessment services (such as the 75-Point Books Checkup or the Full Financial Review), we collect the information needed to deliver it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive your name, email address, and payment confirmation, but we never see or store your card number.

After purchase, you get access to a private client portal at portal.fsfinance.net. Sign-in works through secure, single-use email links; we do not create or store passwords for you. The portal uses a session cookie to keep you signed in on your device.

Through the portal we collect what you choose to provide for your engagement, including: answers to our intake interview, which you may give as voice recordings or typed text; documents you upload, such as bank and credit card statements and business tax returns; and read-only access to your QuickBooks file, which you grant yourself through QuickBooks’ own accountant-invitation feature and can revoke at any time. By recording a voice answer, you consent to our storing and using that recording to perform your engagement.

How Engagement Data Is Stored and Protected

Documents, recordings, and answers submitted through the portal are encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest, and are stored with our cloud infrastructure provider in United States data centers. Each client’s files are kept in a separate, private storage area that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to FS Finance personnel working on your engagement, and portal activity such as sign-ins and uploads is logged.

How Long We Keep Engagement Data

We retain the documents, recordings, and answers you provide for the duration of your engagement and for up to three years afterward, consistent with ordinary professional record-keeping, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request earlier deletion of uploaded documents and recordings at any time by emailing us, and we will honor that request except where we are required to retain records or reasonably need them to resolve a dispute.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate the Site and our services: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (website hosting, the client portal, and encrypted document storage), Resend (transactional email), our scheduling providers (such as Calendly), our customer relationship platform (LeadConnector/HighLevel), and Google Analytics (site analytics). These providers process information on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy practices.

Your Choices

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or contacting us. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to our legal and professional record-keeping obligations.

Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
