The 75-Point Books Checkup walks through your books and your business foundations, one check at a time. At the end you've got a scored report that names every problem and tells you how to fix it. No monthly commitment. And no sales pitch dressed up as a review.
Get your CheckupThe problem isn't you. It's that nobody ever checked the whole thing, top to bottom, and told you plainly what they found.
All in, that's ten-plus hours of our time on your books.
At our hourly rates you'd be north of $1,000 before the report was half done. The Checkup is $500. Flat, up front, no meter running. And it credits toward the fix work if you hire us for it.
Read-only. We don't touch anything in your books during the Checkup. Where a finding touches tax strategy, we flag it and point you to your CPA. We do bookkeeping and financial systems; the tax advice stays with your tax pro.
One link with two things on it: a 30-minute voice interview you take on your own schedule, and a secure upload spot for your statements and read-only access to your books.
Seven business days. You'll get a first finding by email within two or three days, so you can begin taking action before the report ever lands.
The scored report and the quote hit your inbox a couple days before our call. Read it on your own. Then 30 minutes together and you decide what happens next.
If we don't find at least three things worth fixing, you don't pay.
And if your books turn out clean? You'll know that for a fact, for the first time.

Everything in the Checkup, plus the questions a Checkup can't answer. Which type of work actually pays. When cash is going to get tight, and why it keeps happening to you. Whether your prices have kept up. Your break-even, and what your next hire has to bring in before they earn their keep. You also get a live dashboard built off your real numbers and a 90-day plan.
It's $1,000, and it counts. Start monthly service with us inside 15 days and the whole thing credits to your first month.

It's a real deliverable you pay for and keep, whether or not we ever talk again. Plenty of owners take the report and the DIY list and run it themselves or hand it to their current bookkeeper. That's a fine outcome. If you do want us to fix what we find, the fix quote is fixed-price and your $500 credits against it in full.
About 90 minutes total. A 30-minute voice interview on your schedule, a few uploads, and a 30-minute walkthrough call at the end. We do the rest.
No. You upload statements and give us read-only access to your bookkeeping software, QuickBooks or whatever you use. We can look but we can't touch, and we change nothing during the Checkup.
No. We do bookkeeping and financial systems. When a finding touches tax strategy, we size it, flag it, and point you to a CPA or enrolled agent. If you don't have one, we know good ones here in Baton Rouge.
