What if my books are a total disaster?

Then you're exactly who this is for. The worse the books, the more the fixed-price quote matters, because you're the person hourly cleanup billing takes advantage of.

Is this a sales pitch for your bookkeeping service?

It's a real deliverable you pay for and keep, whether or not we ever talk again. Plenty of owners take the report and the DIY list and run it themselves or hand it to their current bookkeeper. That's a fine outcome. If you do want us to fix what we find, the fix quote is fixed-price and your $500 credits against it in full.

How much of my time does this take?

About 90 minutes total. A 30-minute voice interview on your schedule, a few uploads, and a 30-minute walkthrough call at the end. We do the rest.

Can you see my bank accounts?

No. You upload statements and give us read-only access to your bookkeeping software, QuickBooks or whatever you use. We can look but we can't touch, and we change nothing during the Checkup.

Do you do my taxes?

No. We do bookkeeping and financial systems. When a finding touches tax strategy, we size it, flag it, and point you to a CPA or enrolled agent. If you don't have one, we know good ones here in Baton Rouge.
